How are payouts managed?

We manage payouts through VISA/MasterCard gift cards or through PayPal, whichever is preferable to you.

When are payouts calculated/paid?

On the first and 14th of every month, you will be paid what your playerbase earned for the past two weeks

How long do withdrawals take?

They can take up to 24 hours by PayPal, and three days by gift-card. Most are processed within a few hours.

I own a gameserver with over 100 average players. Can I get more per player?

Sure. We offer special deals to some large gameservers. Contact us and we will be able to work something out!

What if there are no tasks to run? Will I still get paid?

If there are no tasks to run, we will load-test new features on the network. You will get paid regardless of whether we make money off of tasks.

What if I take longer than 3 days to process payments?

If you don't process payments from your Shop at all, we will eventually remove your server from our platform. Servers that take longer than three days to process payments may be given a warning banner:
